The vision of CRECEMOS is to expand the bilingual teacher work force and to support and connect bilingual educators throughout Northern California through rich collaboration and professional learning informed by the best available scholarship in bilingualism and biliteracy.

- Bilingual teachers in Yolo or Tehama Counties or the Hamilton Unified School District who need to add a Bilingual Authorization onto their credential
- Bilingual paraprofessionals in Yolo or Tehama Counties or the Hamilton Unified School District who want to continue their education with the goal of becoming a bilingual teacher
- Bilingual teachers teaching on a permit in Yolo or Tehama Counties or the Hamilton Unified School District who are eligible to enroll in an internship program that provides a credential with Bilingual Authorization

CRECEMOS is a project, funded by the Bilingual Teacher Professional Development Program (BTPDP) grant. aiming to grow and strengthen the bilingual teacher workforce in our consortium and the surrounding region. The project has three components:
Bilingual Authorization
CRECEMOS provides funding and support for bilingual credentialed teachers to add the Bilingual Authorization to their credential
Bilingual Credential Pathway
Bilingual paraprofessionals interested in continuing their education with the goal of becoming bilingual teachers can receive funding and support from CRECEMOS
CRECEMOS Professional Learning Network
All Spanish/English bilingual educators are invited to join the CRECEMOS Professional Learning Network, which will provide ongoing professional growth and collaboration for bilingual educators across Northern California. Sessions will be facilitated bilingually in Spanish and English
