Jamie Holmes is our new program specialist. She comes to YCOE with over twenty years of experience in the field of special education. A California native, Jamie has lived in the greater Sacramento area for the last 8 years. She is the proud mother of three, twenty-something children and a huge animal lover. Jamie holds regular education and special education teaching credentials, a Master's in special education, and will complete her doctorate in summer 2026. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys being in nature and spending time with her children. She also volunteers as an advocate for individuals with disabilities.
