Notice is hereby given that Yolo County Office of Education will accept sealed bids at the County Office, located at 1280 Santa Anita Ct, Suite 180, Woodland, CA 95776, on or before 2:00 pm, local time on April 3, 2023, at which time they will be opened at 2:15 pm local time for furnishing all labor, materials, and services for the (Project# 23-HPS-GG) Greengate HVAC Replacement C&D Wing Project.

 

This project is centered around the HVAC replacement for C&D wings at Greengate School in Woodland.

 

The mandatory pre-bid meeting, job walk, and site visit will be held on March 27, 2023, at 10:00 am at 285 West Beamer St, Woodland CA 95776.

 

Invited bidders will receive a complete set of plans and specifications at the pre-bid meeting.  A link may be given to the online project documents folder after an email has been sent by the contractor to the design team contact. All future correspondence will be sent to the provided email address.

 

Bids may be emailed to matthew.juchniewicz@ycoe.org and ray.lippincott@ycoe.org and will not be accepted if past April 3, 2023, at 2:00 pm. All bidders will be contacted within 7 days of the bid deadline with bid results.
