The Yolo County Office of Education (YCOE) is proud to announce the release of its 2024–2025 Annual Report, showcasing the organization’s ongoing efforts to support educational excellence, equity, and innovation across Yolo County.
The report reflects a year of meaningful collaboration with schools, families, and community partners – fueled by data-informed planning and a shared commitment to student achievement and well-being.
“This Annual Report is more than a summary of accomplishments,” said Dr. Garth Lewis, Yolo County Superintendent of Schools. “It’s a reflection of the values that drive our work: equity, inclusion, service, and opportunity for every child in every community we serve.”
Key highlights from the report include:
- Implementation of the Roadmap to the Future initiative, a countywide initiative to improve coordination of services to children, youth, and families in Yolo County.
- Progress on YCOE’s 2021–2025 Strategic Plan, including expanding early learning, strengthening special education partnerships through SELPA, and supporting TK–16 college and career readiness pathways.
- A continued emphasis on diversity, equity, and belonging in all areas of programming and leadership.
The Annual Report also underscores YCOE’s role in providing countywide services such as educator credentialing, curriculum development, and business support to local districts.
