2025-2026 CAC Meetings

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is an organization of parents, educators, and community members. The CAC provides special education in-service trainings for parents; provides community awareness projects; actively supports special education legislation; facilitates communication among parents, schools, and the community; and develops special education literature. ANYONE can attend a CAC meeting; they are open to the public.

CAC meetings can help you:
  • Access community resources.
  • Meet other parents in your community who have children with special needs.
  • Inform you of your student's Procedural Safeguards (rights).
