Under the direct supervision of the Deputy
Superintendent, the primary role of the Human
Resources Department is to provide service to
all YCOE programs/services as follows:
- Employer/Employee Relations
- All Personnel Services
- Credential Services for YCOE and School
Districts
- Coordination of the Wellness Program
- Staff Development Services
- Personnel Services to school districts
upon request
Area of responsibility includes:
- Collective Bargaining
- Worker's Compensation
- Personnel Records
- Program Staff Services
- Local, State and Federal Reporting
