Using a cost per copy concept, all programs that would normally not have access to a copy machine, because of cost or low volume of copying, now are able to have a copy machine on site. This provides the teacher more flexibility. Staff in the copy center provide minor maintenance and provide copy counts to copier provider.

• Maintain copy equipment and service to programs at all sites.
• Provide Copy Center services to both internal and external clients.
• Maintain the Central Stores inventory.

• Provide quality service and support to staff and districts throughout Yolo County.
• Continue to evaluate services offered and respond to staff's concerns.
• The Copy Center now offers desktop publishing services.
