The County Schools Business Services (CSBS) department of the Yolo County Office of Education provides business and financial services to all Yolo County Office of Education programs. CSBS works cooperatively with program managers to develop and implement grants and strives to provide appropriate training as well as development and implementation of policies and procedures.
CSBS provides an array of services including:
- Fiscal Reporting
- Fixed Assets
All debt service, risk management and financial planning are a function of the CSBS department. Long range fiscal planning and multi-year financial and enrollment projections are a vital role of this department to insure the fiscal integrity of the organization and provide program managers with the appropriate data for budgetary purposes.
